How To Book With Us

For all enquiries and to make a booking please telephone us on 01638 721 092, or complete our online enquiry form and we will contact you to arrange your booking.

Please advise us if you require the use of our collection and delivery service at this time.

To Confirm Your Booking

Once your booking has been made, we will send you a booking confirmation letter which must be signed and returned to us to verify and finalise your booking.

We would like to reduce our paper output, so if you would like to help us and receive your confirmation letters by e-mail, please let us know when booking.

We look forward to meeting you and your feline companions.

Please note – We do not operate any minimum stay, block booking or bank holiday premium policies – if you need to bring your cat/s in for one day only you are welcome to do so.

Boarding Fees

A full days boarding is charged for both arrival and departure days.

Payment Methods

We are pleased to be able to offer you a more flexible payment service as of 12th October 2008.

The surcharge for credit cards is to cover our costs for providing the service.

You are still able to pay by both Cash and Cheque as before.

Collection and Delivery Charges

This charge includes collection and delivery.

Please note that collections will be arranged for after 10:00 and delivery for after 16:00.

Accommodation

Double Unit Measurements

Runs : 1-12, 15, 16, 21-28

Cabin : 6' x 4' x 4'

Run : 6'8" x 4' x 6'2"

Quadruple Unit Measurements

Runs : 13, 14, 17-20 and 21 and 22 when booked together

Cabin : 6' x 5' x 4'

Run : 6'8" x 5' x 6'2"

Family Unit Measurements

Runs : 29

Cabin : 6' x 6' x 4'

Run : 6'8" x 6' x 9'4"

If you require a specific run for your cats boarding, please let us know and we will endeavour to provide this.

We will always try to allocate you the biggest run possible on a first come, first served basis.
