How To Book With Us

When making your booking please remember to:

book all the days you require - asking for an extra day when you arrive is not always possible.
check your dates carefully, taking into account the time difference when travelling abroad.
Remember that your booking has a direct effect on the next client - next time, that client could be you.

To Confirm Your Booking

Once your booking has been made, we will send you a booking confirmation letter which must be signed and returned to us to verify and finalise your booking.

We would like to reduce our paper output, so if you would like to help us and receive your confirmation letters by e-mail, please let us know when booking.

We look forward to meeting you and your feline companions.

We do not operate any minimum stay, block booking or bank holiday premium policies - if you need to bring your cat(s) in for one day only you are welcome to do so.

Boarding Fees

Single Cat	£7.00 per day
2 Cats Sharing	£5.75 per day per cat
3 Cats Sharing	£5.25 per day per cat
4 Cats Sharing	£5.00 per day per cat
5 Cats Sharing	£4.75 per day per cat
6 Cats Sharing	£4.25 per day per cat

A full days boarding is charged for both arrival and departure days.

Boarding Rates Price Increase for 2011

Due to both the rise in inflation and the recently announced planned rise in VAT, we are amending our pricing structure for next year as follows:

Single Cat	£7.25 per day
2 Cats Sharing	£6.00 per day per cat (2 cats = £12.00)
3 Cats or more Sharing	£5.50 per day per cat
	This means : 3 cats = £16.50 4 cats = £22.00 5 cats = £27.50 6 cats = £33.00

As of 12th July 2010 - bookings made for 1st February 2011 onwards will be subject to the new pricing structure.

5% discount remains in place for clients with an excess of £300 yearly spend.

5% discount remains in place for bookings of 21+ days sequentially.

Bookings already made (prior to 12th July 2010) for 1st February 2011 onwards will be honoured at the existing rates.

Payment Methods

We are pleased to be able to offer you a more flexible payment service as of 12th October 2008.

Maestro / Switch / Solo	no charge
Mastercard / Visa	2.5% surcharge
American Express	3% surcharge

The surcharge for credit cards is to cover our costs for providing the service.

You are still able to pay by both Cash and Cheque as before.

This charge includes collection and delivery.

Please note that collections will be arranged for after 10:00 and delivery for after 16:00.

Double Unit Measurements

Runs : 1-12, 15, 16, 21-28

Cabin : 6' x 4' x 4'

Run : 6'8" x 4' x 6'2"

Quadruple Unit Measurements

Runs : 13, 14, 17-20 and 21 and 22 when booked together

Cabin : 6' x 5' x 4'

Run : 6'8" x 5' x 6'2"

Family Unit Measurements

Runs : 29

Cabin : 6' x 6' x 4'

Run : 6'8" x 6' x 9'4"

If you require a specific run for your cats boarding, please let us know and we will endeavour to provide this.

We will always try to allocate you the biggest run possible on a first come, first served basis.
